Keeper:
* 2 player keepers (Round 5 -14) from your end-of-season team (i.e. players on your roster after week 16).
* The following year those players replace the round above their draft round (i.e. if a player was drafted in round 6, then the following season they will replace your round 5 pick).
* You can't keep the same player for more than 3 drafts OR if that player goes beyond round 5 in the draft (i.e. if the player was drafted in round 6, then the following draft they will replace your round 5 pick, but will not be available for Round 4 (ONLY players kept from an original round 5 draft position may be drafted the following season at round 4)).
* The draft year counts towards the 3 draft limit, a drafted player cannot be keeper eligible for more than 3 drafts (including the 1st draft year). ONLY if a player has not been drafted that season by any team & is picked off waiver can you get that player the waiver year you picked them up + 3 drafts years in a row
* You may also trade your players to another team for that player's same draft round pick (i.e. if a trade happens you are grandfathered in for that players' remaining keeper length against the 3 draft limit).
* Players that were undrafted and picked up off the waivers will replace the following season's round 14 pick.
* All other players will be available at their original draft positions regardless of which team they end-up-on at the end of the season.
* Only 1 pick per draft position allowed (i.e. if there are 2 players on a team [at the end of the season] that were drafted in round 6, only 1 of those two players can be selected to replace the round 5 pick. No round adjustments up or down permitted in these cases)

Trades settings will be updated from Yahoo's default setting of "Votes (all league managers)" to "Commissioner". All trades will be posted in the general channel (Slack) for 24hours following the proposed trade notification that the "commissioner" receives. The proposed trade will be a polling/voting option in Slack for everyone to publicly vote on. Results will be determined as follows:
* Majority or tie (any majority i.e. 2 x "Y" votes vs. 1 x "N" vote or Tie i.e. 2 x "Y" votes vs. 2 x "N" votes) = Trade is accepted.
* Any minority (i.e. 1 x "Y" vs. 2 x "N") = Trade is rejected.
This provides the opportunity for those that have strong feelings towards/against the trade in question to lobby others, and yes you may choose to remain neutral/abstain.
